Ole Miss Police install emergency phone towers on campus

Ole Miss Police have recently installed emergency phone towers across campus at the University of Mississippi.

According to Ole Miss Police:

While on campus you may notice these blue devices. These are Emergency Phone Towers (EPT’s).

In the event of an emergency you push the button and are directly connected to UPD, and officers are dispatched to the precise location.They have cameras to view the area of the emergency.
