Alpha Phi Sorority Hosts Women’s Self-Defense Class

Members of Alpha Phi sorority invited local instructors to lead a women’s self-defense class at their sorority house Thursday, according to organizers.

The session focused on teaching safety techniques and building confidence among participants, who reportedly learned valuable skills and enjoyed the experience.
