Barricades in Holding Hands parking lot block shortcut routes during intersection work

The City Street Department has placed barricades and posted ‘No Thru Traffic’ signs in the Holding Hands parking lot. The measures aim to prevent drivers from using the lot as a shortcut to avoid construction at the nearby intersection.
