He is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 178 pounds, with green eyes and thinning red hair. Authorities urge anyone with information on Hawks’ whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers.

Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 800-773-TIPS or through the P3 Tip App. Crime Stoppers offers up to $2,000 for information that leads to Hawks’ arrest. Officials emphasize that they do not want the caller’s name, only the information that can help locate him.
