Police seek suspect in jewelry theft at Tupelo Walmart
Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi and the Tupelo Police Department are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a theft at a local Walmart.
The incident occurred on February 11, 2026, around 1:25 p.m. at the store located at 2270 West Main Street, according to police. Two unidentified males entered the store and went to the jewelry section, where they concealed multiple items.
The suspects then left the store without paying, stealing jewelry valued at more than $5,000, police said. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-773-TIPS or use the P3 Tip App to leave an anonymous tip.
Crime Stoppers has offered up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest. The organization emphasizes that tipsters do not need to reveal their names, only their information. A QR code for the P3 Tip App is also available for sharing.
