Police seek suspect in Tupelo credit card fraud case
Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi and the Tupelo Police Department are seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect involved in a false pretense case and credit card fraud investigation.
On Jan. 25, 2026, the individual pictured entered a Tupelo business and stole a cellular phone containing linked credit card information, according to authorities. The suspect later used the credit cards to make several unauthorized purchases, police said.
Authorities ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-773-TIPS (8477) or to submit an anonymous tip via the P3 Tip App. Crime Stoppers offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest. Officials emphasize that tips can be provided anonymously, and they do not require callers to reveal their identities.
Law enforcement also encourages sharing the QR code for the P3 Tip App to help gather tips from the community.
