Two Lafayette County Residents Charged with Child Endangerment After Meth Exposure Investigation

WATERFORD, Miss. — Two individuals from Lafayette County are facing child endangerment charges following an investigation into alleged drug exposure involving minors.

In mid-July, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation after receiving a report from Child Protection Services indicating that three juveniles had tested positive for methamphetamine.

As a result of the investigation, authorities arrested Kenneth Means and Angela Rogers, both of Waterford. Each has been charged with one count of child endangerment.

Bond for both Means and Rogers was set at $20,000. The case remains under investigation.
