The Mississippi National Guard delivered supplies to Oxford residents Sunday at University-Oxford Airport, supporting those affected by severe weather.

The Mississippi National Guard swiftly unloads supplies from a Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopter to aid those affected by Winter Storm Fern.

Oxford High School’s cheerleading team earned a bronze medal at the National High School Cheerleading Championships, according to school officials.

Several Driver Service locations will be closed on Feb. 2 because of a winter storm, officials say. Customers are advised to plan accordingly.
