Traffic accident prompts temporary closure on Highway 7 South

Highway 7 South between the north and south ends of County Road 401 was shut down temporarily following a traffic accident, according to a Facebook post from the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office said northbound and southbound traffic was redirected to County Road 401 until everyone had cleared the scene.
