Mississippi DPS extends funding application deadlines to Oct. 15

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety has extended the application deadlines to Oct. 15 for three funding opportunities administered through its Office of Justice Programs, according to a department announcement.

The opportunities are the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment program, the JAG Drug Court Programs and the Title II Formula Grants Program. The announcement did not specify separate deadlines for the programs.

Applicants can download request for proposal guidelines, application checklists and budget worksheets from the department’s Active Funding Solicitations webpage: https://www.dps.ms.gov/public-safety-planning/justice-programs/ActiveFundingSolicitations.

Completed applications should be submitted by email to OJP@dps.ms.gov, according to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.
