CASA Sneaker Ball Raises About $80,000 for North Mississippi Children

The CASA Sneaker Ball took place Friday night at The Powerhouse, bringing the community together for an evening of live music, a silent auction, and an adult arcade, all to benefit local children.

Organizers credited the event’s success to attendees and sponsors, including Golden Laces Sponsor MR Construction. While final totals are still being calculated, early estimates indicate that about $80,000 was raised.

The funds will support CASA of North Mississippi, an organization that advocates for children who have been abused or neglected in the area, according to officials.
