Mississippi Department of Public Safety recognizes Employees of the Month

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety has named its May Employees of the Month, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and service.

Honored employees include Tommie Sue Taylor from the Driver Service Bureau, Jeroderick Draper from Capitol Police, Marc Watson from Maintenance, and Markell Young from Finance, according to a department post.

Commissioner Sean Tindell praised the honorees, saying their work significantly impacts the agency. “As commissioner, I’m proud to recognize these outstanding individuals who go above and beyond every day. Their work makes a real difference in our agency. Thank you!” Tindell said.

The department highlighted the importance of recognizing staff efforts and encouraged continued dedication across all divisions.
