Nurse McEwen recognized as Oxford School District’s Bradley Roberson Brag Box winner

Nurse McEwen was named the Oxford School District’s Bradley Roberson Brag Box winner in a post published on the district’s Facebook page.

According to the post, McEwen stepped in to provide care and make sure a guest presenter was safe after the presenter became ill during a professional development session.

McEwen also returned after dismissal to check on the presenter before the guest traveled home, the district said.

The district described the recognition as an example of “Excellence in Action” and caring for others when they need it most.
