Oxford City Leaders Graduate from Project LEAD
Oxford city officials Orrin Todd, Nick Bails, Kayla Martin, and David Sabin have graduated from Project LEAD, a leadership development program, according to a city news release.
The program aims to enhance leadership skills among city employees and strengthen the community. Officials said the training reflects the city’s investment in its leaders.
