Oxford Environmental Services team visits Discovery Day School

The City of Oxford’s Environmental Services team visited Discovery Day School to engage with students and showcase city trucks. The event aimed to educate children about the work involved in maintaining the city’s cleanliness and beauty.

Students had the opportunity to see the trucks up close and learned about the responsibilities of city crews. Conservation Connie, a mascot or representative figure, spoke with the kids about recycling and how they can become everyday recycling heroes.
