Oxford police Facebook post thanks attendees of women’s self-defense class

The Oxford MS Police Department said in a Facebook post that it thanked women who attended a women’s self-defense class held the previous night.

The post said the department hoped attendees enjoyed the class and learned from it. It also invited people to the next class, listed for Oct. 13 at 6 p.m.

The announcement did not specify the year for the Oct. 13 class.
