Oxford Booster Club hosts Boosters & Blues event to support local schools

The Oxford Charger Booster Club is hosting its annual Boosters & Blues event to support local school activities and athletics. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Rafters on the Square.

Proceeds will benefit Oxford High School, Oxford Middle School, Oxford Intermediate School, Central Elementary School, Della Davidson Elementary School, Bramlett Elementary School, and the Oxford Early Childhood Center, according to organizers.

Attendees are encouraged to join the community gathering featuring music and fundraising activities. The event aims to bolster support for school programs and provide a fun evening for families and residents, the booster club said.
