Oxford Police Department launches “Get to Know OPD” series

The Oxford Police Department has launched a series called “Get to Know OPD,” designed to introduce community members to people who serve the community, according to a post from the department on Facebook.

The first featured employee is Valerie Booth, the department’s victim services coordinator. The department said viewers can watch Booth discuss why she does the work she does.

The series is intended to continue with introductions to other members of the Oxford Police Department, according to the post.
