Police seek tips in Union County theft of side-by-side vehicle

Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi and the Union County Sheriff’s Office are asking for assistance in identifying suspects involved in a burglary and grand larceny in the Macedonia community.

On July 5, around 3:30 p.m., two individuals broke into a residence on County Road 26, kicking in the door of a shop to steal a 2024 red Can-Am Defender four-door side-by-side. The suspects then fled in the vehicle, last seen heading toward County Road 18 via County Road 19, according to authorities.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-773-TIPS (8477) or submit an anonymous tip through the P3 Tip App. Crime Stoppers has offered a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest. Authorities emphasize that tips can remain anonymous and do not require the caller’s name.
