New Three-Way Stop Installed at Lafayette County Roads 232 and 217

A new three-way stop is in effect at the intersection of County Road 232, also known as Deer Run North, and County Road 217, also known as Camp Ground Road, according to the Lafayette County Road Department.

The department said it installed the stop signs and that traffic in all three directions at the intersection is now controlled by stop signs. Drivers using the intersection must come to a complete stop in all directions, a change from the previous traffic pattern.

The Lafayette County Road Department advised drivers to use extra caution in the area as they adjust to the new traffic pattern. The announcement was shared by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office on Facebook.
